Metro United offers a complete player development pathway — from first touches at age 3 to competing nationally at the elite level. Every program is led by professional, licensed coaches who are passionate about developing the complete athlete.
Boys Programs
Competitive and recreational boys soccer for ages 7-19. Tryout-based teams competing in State Premier League, ECNL, and MLS NEXT.
Girls Programs
Competitive and recreational girls soccer for ages 7-19. ECNL, ECNL Regional League, and State Premier League teams.
Academy
The Metro United Academy is our elite development pathway — the highest level of youth soccer in the region.
Little Metros
Our intro program for the youngest players. Fun, movement, and first touches in a safe, supportive environment.
Camps & Clinics
Seasonal camps, clinics, and training programs for all ages and skill levels.
Fall 2026 Season
Our flagship fall season kicks off in September with programs for every age and skill level.
The Metro United Pathway
Little Metros (Ages 3-6) → Recreational (Ages 7-12) → Pre-Academy (Ages 8-11) → Competitive (Ages 10-15) → ECNL (Ages 13-19) → Academy (Ages 13-19)
